Designing a nationwide, bilingual digital resource hub and recruitment ecosystem funded by the CDC Foundation to empower and unite Hispanic community leaders. The core product challenge was architecting a seamless, dual-language (English/Spanish) information system that maintained visual harmony, reduced registration friction, and provided clear, high-contrast pathways for downloading and sharing critical public health toolkits.

My role

Co-led a multidisciplinary product team to deliver a highly responsive, mobile-optimized networking portal. By establishing strict typography rules for translated text lengths and creating a zero-friction volunteer intake pipeline, the platform successfully laid the digital infrastructure to scale grassroots health messaging across Hispanic communities nationwide.
