The core design challenge was turning dense social listening data into intuitive, actionable reporting tools.

Lead Product Designer (Collaborative Workflow Strategy, Information Architecture, Interactive Dashboard UX, and Component Design).

Co-led a remote design team to deliver a high-fidelity, responsive analytics and educational platform funded by the CDC Foundation. The resulting design successfully empowered nationwide CBOs to identify viral health narratives early and deploy targeted, culturally resonant counter-communications.

Engineered a highly responsive, mobile-first intake and educational hub that acts as the primary recruitment vehicle for the Shared Influence network. Designing a digital community and recommendation engine in partnership with Kaiser Permanente to combat social isolation among older adults. The primary challenge was crafting an interface tailored to an older demographic who may face age-related visual, cognitive, or motor barriers, requiring an ultra-accessible, intuitive layout for personalized activities and a dense newsletter library.

Junior Product Designer (User Research Lead) promoted to Lead Product Designer for Core Product Features (Activities Ecosystem & Newsletter Library Architecture).
The outcome
Successfully conducted foundational user research that directly informed the product's UX strategy. Stepping into the Lead Designer role, I architected the end-to-end personalization flows for the activities engine and built a highly accessible, searchable newsletter hub that smoothly connected seniors to vital community resources.
